Utility Rate Adjustment - Effective April 1, 2026

Pickleball Park in the Terrace View Neighborhood!
September 2026 Update: In October 2025, the City awarded the bid for Phase One construction of the park to Rogge General Contractors, Inc. Phase One includes off-street parking, multiple utilities (underground), sidewalk/trail, grading/seeding, pickleball courts, and pickleball court lighting.
