You will need to know your Customer Number and Service Address to process payment online through the portal. By typing in your Customer Number the balance due can be viewed. (Online Bill View is coming soon.)
Effective July 3, 2019
All credit/debit card transactions with the City of Hickman will include a service fee of $1.75 + 2.49% of the transaction amount, $1.75 for all electronic checks.
Service fees for PIN Debit will remain $2.95 if paid at City Hall.
City of Hickman does not retain service fees.
Alternate payment options (without additional fees) will remain in place and include payment by check or money order by mail or placed in the City’s drop box, payment by check or cash at City Hall during regular business hours, or automatic withdraw (ACH) from your checking or savings account on the 20th of the month which ensures no late fees.
