Bid Procedure for all items:

- Sold property must be paid for within ten (10) business days after the date of auction ending;
- Property will not be released until payment clears the City’s bank, regardless of payment type;
- Upon notification of payment clearing the City’s bank, arrangements must be made within six (6) business days to remove the property from the City property;
- If property has a Certificate of Title it will be mailed to the buyer via certified mail No Sooner than 14 days after payment is received.
